• have experience with young children, preferably in early childhood education or child development

• have an understanding of child psychology and development

• are creative and enjoy engaging with children from the ages of 2 years and 9 months up to age 5

• are patient, flexible, and have a passion for nurturing young minds

• want to be a part of a culture that cares deeply for its staff, students, and their families

For our full-time Key Teacher positions we require an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
