What to expect during the enrollment process:

If you’re new to The Discovery Center community, we invite you to take a tour of the center. This an important step of the enrollment process. The 45-minute tour includes a comprehensive visit to classrooms, the large motor room, classroom playgrounds, and our nature area. Tours provide ample opportunity for parents to ask questions and experience everything our facility has to offer. A tour is generally required prior to enrollment.

Once the tour is complete, we help interested parents enroll their children. A $100 enrollment fee and $200 deposit are required, along with a signed enrollment agreement. Note, that the enrollment fee and deposit are non-refundable (the deposit will be applied to the last month of your child’s tuition). Once enrollment is complete, you’ll need to complete the forms and documents on this page for your child to start school.

Students are required to have at least one visit to their classroom before starting to school to get acquainted with their new friends and teachers. This 45-minute visit is typically done 1-2 weeks prior to your child’s start date.

Tuition rates are based on the number of days a student attends, whether attendance is for a half day or a full day, and whether or not the student stays through lunch. A child must be enrolled for at least three days per week and may attend all five days of the week. Tuition is only charged for the days a child is enrolled. No tuition will be charged for planned closed days such as holidays. Current rates can be found on our tuition page.
